Your midlife performance coach
Former lawyer and endurance athlete with experience across high-performance environments - from private practice, to the London 2012 Olympics, to working within large, complex organisations.
I know what it’s like to operate at full tilt - and what happens when your body no longer keeps pace in the same way.
In my early 50s, while training for a 275-mile ultramarathon, I was running high mileage, doing everything “right,” and still gaining weight. That was the point where it became clear that the strategies I’d relied on for decades no longer matched the physiology I was working with.
That experience reshaped how I approach training, recovery, and fuelling in midlife.
Today, I work with high-achieving women - often in their 50s and beyond - who want to stay strong, capable, and mentally sharp by adapting their performance strategy to this phase of life.
